RETURNS/REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping with us at Sourced Attire, where we specialise in pre-owned luxury designer goods. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order.

14-Day Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The security/authenticity tag (if provided) must not be removed.

  • Items must be returned via a tracked and insured service.
     

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings and intimate wear due to hygiene reasons

  • Items with broken or removed authenticity/security tags

  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at point of sale
     

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the unique nature of our items. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return your original item in accordance with this policy.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If the item you receive is faulty or not as described, please contact us at sourcedattire@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including return postage.
